My compass has been honed through real challenges: a survival experience in the wild under extreme conditions, two marathons in a single month, and two expatriations \u2014 to the USA and Norway \u2014 which taught me to adapt to different systems and cultures.
These experiences showed me, both physically and mentally, that resilience isn\u2019t about enduring, but transforming<\/b>; that adaptation isn\u2019t surrender, but a conscious choice<\/b>; and that connecting with our environment isn\u2019t a luxury, but a powerful regulator of our neurochemistry<\/b>, capable of reducing stress, sharpening emotional regulation, and enhancing problem-solving abilities.<\/p>

I draw on these experiences in my coaching, grounded in a solid scientific foundation.
I\u2019ll help you set clear goals, design sustainable strategies, and place wellbeing at the heart of your journey \u2014 not as a side note.
